WELCOME
Astra Homes Ltd has been providing Residential Care services since
1989. We provide accommodation, meals and 24-hour personal care for
people who find it increasingly difficult to manage at home without
assistance.
Astra Homes Ltd also provides supported living accommodation. This
service offers support and assistance, not care and suits individuals who
are more independent and require help in developing and maintaining
daily living skills with the view of moving on to independent living.
SIMPLICITY
Our person-centred approach means that you will be treated with respect and
dignity. When you take up residency a personally tailored care plan will be
developed based on your individual needs. Our homes offer a range of facilities
designed to give you security, independence and the very best in residential care.
Before admission a needs assessment and risk assessment must be carried out.
The Home Manager and all parties involved in your care will facilitate your move.
During this process you will have the opportunity to visit the Home, meet the staff
and ask any question in relation to your care.
OVERVIEW
PINFOLD HOME - 33 - 37 Pinfold Rd SW16 2SL
Pinfold Residential Care Home has an umblemished 28 years record of successfully caring for its service users. Following the acquisition and
development of No33 Pinfold Rd, a new Care Centre with 8 self contained assisted living units was made available to accommodate service users who
are in the process of moving on to a more independent living. This unique combination of facilities available in one building provides a variety of Care
choices for service users. Those who need long term residential care within a closely supervised and supported environment will find their ideal home in
one of the original 18 bedrooms. However, for those Service Users who have developed the skills to live more independently, but may still need more
care than they would be able to receive in the wider community can make use of the “Self-Contained Assisted Living Units”. These units provide the
freedom of independent living within the stability and security of a residential care home, a choice previously unavailable.
We want service users to feel that PInfold Home is their home. It is the place where they live and where they can exercise and enjoy their freedom not
merely as service users, but also as citizens with full rights in the wider community.
